Washed Out

Ernest Greene is a bedroom producer from Georgia going under the name Washed Out. He’s been churning out some delightful sounds lately, full of lush instrumentation and harmonies. It’s chillwave, lo-fi, and no-fi but without sounding like anything else at the moment. Releasing his music on vinyl and cassette (!) through his own website he has built up a nice little following. Tracks like ‘Get up’ and ‘Life of leisure’ have this sound of an eternal summer allowing you to escape the day to day and dream you’re somewhere beautiful.
