My arches dropped and I have to wear orthotics now, all because of over wearing a pair of Nike Frees. They simulate walking/running with barefeet. The problem was that my feet were not used to being barefoot and all my life relied on the support a shoe gave. Turns out they aren’t shoes at all, they’re actually midi controllers, no wonder…
